Hi, somebody can explain to me, what this error means.
It happens a lot in IP SoftPhones...
Most of times i need to restart softphone application...

Weird, never saw that error even i have like 60 agents with myIPPhoneDesktop.
What does OXE people says?

How can OXE people say anything ?
What they should look ?
As far we can get, its my problem... (Desktop application problem)
But have no idea what 1171 means.
Cav, what is your last myIPPhoneDesktop version ?
I have 2.3.0.6 with a patch of:
CCNSMT.dll version 1.4.0.7

Yup same version. That version was made for me ;D
Why OXE people? Because you mention that the softphone hangs up, i assume you mean MyIPPhoneDesktop, or were you talking about your develop?
Now Server busy if in your softphone can't be good, means the TServer port (3000 or 3100) is not responding, have you configured QoS for it? In this case, what does Network people say.

Hi cav, i dont think this is a issue of network trafic, and is the MyIPPhoneDesktop that hangs'up but not clashing, just disconnecting and the says "Telefono no asignado" spanish for "Unassigned Phone", the only way to enable this again is in the OXE clean the IP address or something like that.
Is in my client i get this error for any subsecuent action.
It happens with certain actions like try to put ready/not ready when a call is in course or things like that, but still cant replicate always.

Weird i had those issues and was related to:
1. MyIPPhone version fixed with that 2.3.0.6 and the CCNSMT.dll version, now i can send you my CCNSMT.dll version as it was developed just for us.
It divides the communications channels in two.
2. OXE version, can you provide which version are you running?
