Title: Integration of Genesys with Kapiti & Euronet App

hi All

I am working on Integration of Genesys with Kapiti Equation and Euronet cards sostware. I need inforamtion on how to look up and get inforamtion from these applications from within my agent desktop applications running on Windows NT.
I would appricaite all who can help me out
