Title: How to get call volume from CCON?

Hello,
I'm trying to compile a report about call volume for each queue and AHT for a specific time period. SServer is writing queue elated information into QINFO table, plus SCDR table has even more of it.

Without using DART, would it be possible to use an sql statement to calculate average handling time and calls volume per each queue using data in call concentrator tables?
