Title: Oracle BPEL Integration with GIS
Post by: Ali on May 07, 2007, 07:11:49 AM
Hi, guys,

Just wondering that it is possible to adapt GIS-related WSDLs into Oracle BPEL. As a brain-gym, I've been trying to figure out a way to integrate GIS with BPEL as a business work flow.

Thanks in advance for your comments on this matter.

Cheers,

Ali

Hi Ali,

Yes, it is possible. Genesys has an Open Media Interaction SDK allowing you to develop interface (so called External Service) between Genesys Workflow/Routing and 3rd-party workflow system. Generally it allows you to manage third-party media interaction using Genesys routing and reporting.

For more information please see "Open Media Interaction SDK 7.2 Services Developer's Guide" (chapter Media Interaction Layer) and "Media Interaction SDK 7.2 Java Developer's Guide".

Cheers,
René
