In the past, I've used VTO for providing in-queue treatments in a Nortel environment. I'm now in a new environment (NEC) that does not have VTO but wants to provide more advanced in-queue treatments than the switch can provide.
I understand that VTO is being phased out, and I know that GVP does have some cells (steps, etc) for handling Treatments.
My question is: could someone provide an example application where GVP is utilized to give treatments? While the user's guide provides hints that it can be done, I have not found any guidance on HOW to do it.
Thanks in advance.

Go to support site and go to tech tutorials.
they have GVP integration with URS.
VTO phasing out?
Where can I find offical doc about it?

I do not have a formal document on it, but was told this during a recent conversation with a Genesys employee familiar with GVP.
This person also did not have any information about dates, etc, but phrased it as there were not plans to release VTO 7.5 .

I believe Voice Genie will be for the smaller sized implementations and GVP will be used for the large deployments.

You can use GVP as an IVR , and then just use IVR treatments in strategy to forward the calls to GVP for handling.

On the treatments of the target select IVR:
put ivr_place_group@statserver and the script ID.
Should work
