Title: Origination Access Blocking
Post by: CTIgem on April 10, 2007, 03:51:14 PM
This is more like switch issue but I need to know what's causing it.
Getting "Origination Access Blocking" only for one number when making outbound call.
Any other number is ok.

Any idea?

Genesys doesn't block numbers you can dial, your PBX does. Can this number be dialed from any other administrative set?

Other phones are same since all phones are programmed same way as below.

TGAR = 10
NCOS = 1
CLS = CTD

What setting in the switch blocks that call?

Nortel Meridian Option 11 or they changed name to "Nortel communication server 1000".
