Having a bit of a problem that seems to only be resolved be a T-Server restart!
We have an agent who logs into IP phone (extension mobility) then logs into GAD. Agent goes into Ready and takes a call. The next time the agent goes into WaitForNextCall, her status shows as OffHook and will nto receive another call.
Genesys support site mentions a t-server option 'agent-clean-login' which has been tried, but this has not resolved the issue.
The t-server log looks like it shows the agent state changes after a call to be the same as any other agent.
Has anyone seen this before?

Which TServer are you using? We have a similar issue with IP Softphones on Alcatel OXE. Still no resolution for us, seems a PBX issue.
