Hi All,
If I have a list of operational hours based on certain states and then there is a daylight saving time to be implemented. Would the timestamp of a call be reflected on the new time?

Ah, well, that depends...
Do you have multi-site and/or multi-TServers and do your TServers have the timezone settings applied? Are you cross-timezone in any centres?
I think this question has been adequately answered in the past, if the Search button on this Forum works as it should, you might find what you are looking for there...
