Title: I have a question about the messaging feature in Genesys Cloud.

I am currently checking and investigating the operation of web messages on the browser side using "message settings" and "message expansion" in the "message function".

Therefore, I would like to ask you the following two questions.

・Is it possible to change icons such as buttons displayed on the web page by operating Genesys?

・Is it possible to change the wording displayed on the web page by operating Genesys?

・Is it possible to change the text displayed by default when the Chat screen is displayed on the web page by operating Genesys?

Also, if the above task is possible, I would appreciate it if you could teach me how to do it.
