Title: Updating Case Data on OOB Single Step Transfer

Hi,

I'm trying to update a case data on single step email transfer, when agent click out of the box Single Step Transfer - i need to attach some KVP's.  any idea how to capture this Single step transfer request in WWE?

Send it to a RP, then you handle it as you desire
