Title: Engage: pass SIP headers to UserData
Post by: pmarcoen on December 03, 2021, 09:28:21 AM
Hi,

I am not an experienced Genesys developer at all and can't find the correct information online.
I make SIP calls into a Genesys routing point which then distributes my call to an agent.
When I make this call (using Asterisk) I attach a SIP header "X-HELLO" with value "WORLD" but I cannot seem to get that value out of Genesys when the call is ringing at the agent.
If I run wireshark on the agent desktop I do see the SIP header in my INVITE so the information is there but none of the Genesys messages (EventRinging, EventEstablished, ...) contain this header.
How do I make Genesys pass this header as an attribute?

Thank you.
