Title: WDE add custom fields contact history

Hello guys,
I wanted to add a column in the interaction view by contact, that is, by searching for a contact in the contact search search in the history tab I would like to add the name of the contact number called in case of chain record, the name appears only in the case information tab below, but i can't make a business attribute that maps this field.
I hope I have explained myself well. :)

So, what I understand is, you are doing an Outbound OCS call, right? And want to store as contact attribute the name of the contact which is only at the Calling List?
Just map it as a KVP in the routing strategy and invoke the identification contact and update contact objects.
