Hi Guy,
Do Genesys have "Authorization Codes" like as Avaya?
Configure an authorization code for each Agents that is allowed to make long distance calls, or select specific trunk to make a calls out?

There is no billing module yet. Maybe ask it as a FR.

Well...kinda correcting myself. There is a Billing module: https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/BDS/latest/Dep/ConfigPrerequisites
Yet, no way to create codes for dialing natively...as Craig mentions, could be an interesting integration/development
