Title: The Recorder Integration Service has lost communication with IP Recorder

Hi all,
I install Verint Recording on my lab
I just configure voice recording using Recorder Manager
however, it occur issue communicate between Integration Service and Recorders via internal NGA protocol
The both service : Recorder service and Recorder Integration Service still running on Recorder machine
I check Integration service log faced some error :

Anyone please help if you have any idea to solve this issue.
