Dear Expert ,
i am just genesys admin not develpoer but now i need to develop and IVR project call after evaluation for Outbound Call do supervisors .
i have already inbound call after evaluation
any one can help me on this ?>

Remember we have no clue which pbx you have, which IVR you have, nor which is your architecture

IVR developed in composer and implemented on URS , IRD,
Genesys will send calls to Cisco VG through SIP trunk
