Are you still having problems accessing support site???

Access is working for me (there are another functions which are not working since SSO is in use)

:-\  I still can't get access or get a password reset email. Guess will have to call...

There was automatically reset of password because of the SSO came active. You should receive new password via registered email) - if you did not receive it, try to check SPAM emails or call Genesys Care to fix it.

[/quote]The password reset and change options were broken for a few days post SSO.  Seems to be working now.
