Hello,

I am a Skype for Business engineer who has no hands on experience with Genesys.

Is there a training out there with a Hands on Lab that is affordable. I am self-sponsored.

Nope. Need to go through Genesys for training and need to be or have a Genesys Partner to get demo image access or lab licenses.

Are you supporting an environment?  Who built it?

Genesys Training is available for customer/End users as well as partners.
But you have best access as mentioned to lab and images as a partner only.
