Title: WDE, adding new DropDown to CustomToolBarRegion

How can I add a new drop down button, [b]with the same style as the agent state[/b], to the CustomToolBarRegion in the WDE?
I know how to add custom views to regions but not how to style them or which elements to use to get the right look which will change depending on the selected theme.
