Description:
Time stamp needs to get captured in Customer and Agent Chat window where as in the transcript, chat duration is getting updated.
After analysis we found that the XSL code in Email Server Java required modification for getting timestamp captured in transcript. Can anyone help with this???
Sample:
00:00:04 MR.####: hi
00:00:06 #####: An agent will be attending your request in about0Minutes
00:00:51 #### : yes

You need ESJ 8.5.103.x or above

I have tried using below command on knowledge manager but still it not working.
<Genesys_Chat_Transcript><Timestamp>yyyy/MM/dd, hh:mm:ss aaa</Timestamp></Genesys_Chat_Transcript>

What version of ESJ are you using?

ESJ version 8.5.101.106 . I think it will not work did you have any alternative solution for it.

Upgrade the ESJ as was mentioned before, you are using the old version.
