Title: Querying the Contact Server through PSDK
Post by: Gabi on April 18, 2017, 01:10:00 PM
Hello.

I was wondering if anyone here could point me towards a good reference for making queries to the Contact Server via PSDK (or at least programatically).

What I specifically need at this point is a list of the interactions handled by a specific agent within a certain time period.

I will probably need to make other queries in the future, so an example of how to perform that query and a reference with all the fields that can be used in a query would be most appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Dont use gim it will go eol. If you have thick client, gim is pure nonsense. You have to specify querie with search criteria. It is recommended to search only based on sortable business attributes.
