Retrieving Specific Agents using one filter

Any thoughts on how to retrieve multiple agents using a single filter:

I hoped the following would have worked but it did not.

filter.Add("dbid", 1667);

RequestReadObjects requestReadObjects = RequestReadObjects.Create();

moConfService.Protocol.Send(requestReadObjects);

This will return only the first agent.
