GI2 : Call present in IC Table and not in Infomart Table

Hi All,

I have a problem with Genesys Interactive Insights where no data is being showed up for all the agents for one particular day. Checked the Interaction Concentrator table and the interactions handled by the agents are there but the sane is not present in Infomart Table. The concentrator application / Infomart Application is stable as well. Any idea where I should look for to figure out the problem? Is it possible to bring back the data to Infomart ?

Try to re-extract data or run the re-aggregation again (you can use GIM console for these purposes)
