Hi ALL,

I am facing this issue in SM that means the final user cannot search for the recordings being generated the current day. To be more
precise, today i can only see (in SM interface) the recordings processed yesterday.

I review the cpu process and memory but all values are below 20%, so i think  they are OK.

Wondering somebody can help on  what can be happening/what can i review in order to solve or start to analyze GIR Platform.

Thanks,
GN

There is quite long list to check. One is index on SM server. It is not enough to just have entries in db. Index must be updated too.

Hi,

Days ago I restart all platform and it started to work properly. However, today it fails again. This time i identify a message in interaction receiver RALFSDSDSDSDSDSDSD  has irregular size.

Any tip about this?

Thanks,
GN

Irregular size is just warning. Recording will still on the  list.
So you see metadata arriving to interaction receiver? Where is the index located? How much free space you have there? By default indexing will stop if there is less then 15 GB available.
