Splunk And It's Use

What is Genesys Splunk, what is the use of this application?
And how to use it?
Can someone please guide me here.

Never hear about it, I think it is not an official Genesys product - maybe some third party software.

Me neither but using Splunk to index Genesys log files is very useful.

We investigated Splunk as a log parsing tool a while back, but we found it was going to be way too expensive to import the amount of log traffic we generate.

But as thmuche said, it's not a Genesys product, so "Genesys Splunk" is not a thing.  Unless Genesys have bought them, which wouldn't surprise me tbh.
