Event Error [470] Party is not currently on call

Hi Guys,

I have a problem where the error event is happenning [TERR_PARTY_NOT_ON_CALL]. I had gone through the deployment guide of T server. The error description says that Party is not currently on call. Just wanted to know does the party here means the customer who has called or does it mean something else? I have pasted the t server log below.

I am new to genesys. Please help.
