SpeechMiner Setup error

Hi,

This issue was resolved after upgrading RPS as there was a known issue in the RPS version which we were running.

After upgrade, executed the curl commands as per the solution guide again. Then there were few SQL queries to be executed on the Speech miner database which was found in the speechminer guide. Executed those queries. Also, added permission to speechminer user under recording hierarchy from GAX.

And then finally, restarted the Speech Miner services and accessed the interface, the recordings were available in the Speechminer.
