Creating Profile Agents

Can more than 1 profile be created from 1 agent in GenesysWFM?

What I am trying to do is build an optimal schedule covering 24 hours, for which I want to have GenesysWFM give me how many 8 hour slots and where with the count of agents in each slot from a group of more than 40 agents.

I know other scheduling softwares build optimal schedules without a pre-defined contract linked to an agent.
