    • As per the message quoted  above, you need to be logged in to access the Docs site.  Even then, it wasn't working for me yesterday.  Fine now.

    Genesys should make up their mind.  That said, it wasn't great for customers to have direct access to deployment guides :D

    • Apparently, there will be a new documents site launch in the next few days.  Perhaps this is all to do with the roll-out...

    This sucks, was cool to give potential customers some access to some docs and show them that it is not a closed tool...until now
