How to get a statistic final value in CCPulse
« on: October 10, 2014, 04:36:04 PM »
Hi all
I have a customer request where they want to see the amount of time a call has been put on hold by an agent in different time ranges and sum all the times if the caller is put on call more than once i.e. hold for 20secs then again for 50secs should be displayed as between 1 minute and 2 minutes.
I've created a new 'TotalNumber' in threshold for hold time and am trying to test in pulse by creating stats with time ranges between times. I've now  hit a wall where - if I use DCID it will only show the first time the call is put on hold and when not using DCID it shows each individual time period. Can this be done with a formula or am I missing something glaringly obvious.
PS. It's been a while since I used CCPulse
