Genesys IVR integration with third party docs

Hello,
I have been looking for documentation within the Genesys customer care site (and articles) relating to its integration with a third party IVR, however it does not exist.
Does this usually mean the integration may not be possible, or we need to engage with Genesys to determine possibility?  The third party will be using SDK to connect with Genesys however am trying to determine what configuration would be required within Genesys platform to ensure system works.
Our client is currently using MPS, where docs and software are available.
I can also see WVR for AIX but neither correspond to solution client would like to use.

I think that this means the 3rd party SW suites are possible to integrate, but without support or hints for integration. These integration have not been tested by Genesys and cannot be guaranteed. Just my point of view and opinion

I believe you may need to use the IVR SDK: http://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/SDK/8.x/Intro/APIOverviews#IVRSDK.
I'd suggest you discuss with Genesys what you can and can't do with it, possibly they may have some case studies or partners who have done that.
