Workbin Statistics needed.

Hi All,

I want to route the Interaction on the basis of no. of current Interaction present in the Agents Workbin Bin.

I need the extension name BPR_WB_Extension.jar, I have tried Genesys downloadable but it's not there, I have Checked with Genesys support, they said this file comes with MCR repoting tool Kit, which is not there in downloadables.


Please let me know, if anyone can has this Extension or where i can provide this

BPR has been developed by Genesys PS and currently it is not an official product for buy. Just try contact your Genesys partner/person and ask him for package availability. I have all BPRD packages in latest version, but cannot share due the legacy as you understand of course
