Grouping/Consolidating services in Virtual Queue (CCPulse)
« on: August 21, 2014, 05:54:22 AM »
When using CCPulse, is it possible to consolidate/group lines/services within a Virtual Queue together?
For example:
. The Virtual Queue displays 48 possible exit points (listed as NAT_###), where the unanswered calls queue,
. All 48 exit points route to one skill tag.

Is there any way to group these 48 exit points into 1 to create a less complex workspace?

I have looked into customising templates, however, have not had any luck.

Any assistance on this is greatly appreciated, thanks.

What do you mean by"exit point"?Try to better explain and describe your need.

Use DN Groups - and use Administrator or Config Manager to group your VQs into the appropriate DN Group(s) you wish to monitor.
