CCPulse And Stat Server
« on: July 28, 2014, 01:55:59 PM »
Hi guys,
Currently I have configure many Campaigns with their Campaign  Groups being assigned connection to a Stat Server (routing Stat Server).
Things work fine but now I have about 4 more Stat Servers in order to provide statistic to CCPulse+.
Problem is, when CCpulse use those other Stat Servers, I cannot detect the status of Campaign as well as Calling List. I started and stopped the campaigns but did not see any changes in CCPulse.
If I use the Stat Server which was in Campaign group connection, it worked well. Due to it, that Stat server would run under huge load (for Routing and for Statistic)
So the question is how to solve this? How to use extra Stat Servers for CCPulse?

The CommDN should be sending the events to those SS. So check maybe permissions and SS logs as well.
When you say you can't detect, what you mean? N/A values? If so then you missed creating the metrics on the others SSs only.

Hi. For the metrics, I have synced the options of extra Stat Servers with the routing SS, so I think it would be fine
CCPulse using extra SSs could not display the status of Campaign, that means all monitored Campaigns were in "paused" icon, even I started them. Calling List monitor only displays zero numbers
Communication DNs were created with proper options.
You said check permission, can I ask what is it?

I think you have CommonDN issues...check it again
Permissions, the security feature to allow connections between apps and users running them if needed.

You only need 1 COMMDN normally
