Need help in configuring the Virtual hold strategy :). I have the VHT strategy which provided by VHT. I have installed and configured the VHT application. I need to configure with URS. I am new to VHT Deployment and IRD tool :(. It would be really helpful if any one provide any document.  :)

VHT & Genesys integration is very complex topic: Do yo plan to use it with SIP or any over T-Server? With VXML NGI or native IVR? Do you plan to use multi-language promtp in IVR? Plan to use GVP for outbound call or try to make all based on URS? If can't answer on these questions by you self - I have the really strong suggestion to you - found some one near who undestud VHT deployment guide and make the test strategy for you

Agreed. I would think very carefully about using VHT as the integration with Genesys is not that tight and you might not end up with the solution you were expecting ....
