Thanks for the link....

When we were searching for an auditing tool for Genesys; the products that were tabled all provided the same Genesys auditing feature in some way or another and that’s it! - AuditGen seems to be offering the same.

However, the product ATG by Eemaan, that we did eventually opt for offered 'above and beyond' simply auditing genesys functionality; it further detailed a roadmap that was of a real interest so for us investing in this product was sensible as it offered a future rather than simply a plug-in.

Not aware of AuditGen in any production environment unless advised otherwise, however ATG has been functioning as it was 'labelled on the can' within our environment without any issues.

As advised Eemaan is mostly ex-Genesys people and our install was an in-and-out implemenation; exactly what we wanted.

It is worth looking at this product.

Our search for an Genesys auditing tool was very painstaking and time-consuming so I hope this post helps others avoid such a path... TC

AuditGen has far more features on board.
Check if your solution can really track permission changes, account changes, impacted agents when a skill expression of a VAG changes, changes to DST timezones, Switch access codes etc, just to list a few complex changes that most tools won't track properly.

You can check the unique audit trail features under the following sections:

Audit trail capabilities: http://www.auditgen.com/en/configuration-audit-trail
Technical Audit Capabilities: http://www.auditgen.com/en/technical-audit
Operational Audit Capabilities: http://www.auditgen.com/en/operational-audit

Once you have reviewed the above information, I bet you would see the difference.
It's like comparing a Fiat with a Mercedes (no offense to the italian car makers), they are both cars that's for sure ... )
