Looked for advice in writing some specs for developers

Fanx, but i don't seek the guide. have one coz i'm genesys partner =) my question is about the specification from customer to develop agent desktop like system.

Hey Timur,
Actually there is no guide like that...usually to develop your own softphone you start by adding basic agent and telephony features like dial, answer, login, ready, not ready, transfer, consult and then you start digging what your customer needs are like integration with N systems, DB, Stats, etc. After this you normally start adding multimedia features maybe like email, chat, sms, etc.

As for what to use to can use either Platform SDK or Interaction SDK on .Net (VB/C#) or Java.

Well, I'm should think seriously about my English =)
Guys sorry for the not clear question. Try to make it clearer. I just start a new project. And the main part of this project is a complex redesign and develope some custom extension to agent desktop. I know what we need to do - and sufficiently serious revisionbase GAD or IWSit's not a main problem for me. But the main problem - write complete and "formally correct" document set what contain fully describe of this custom code.
And then i said "formally correct"  - i mean exactly FORMALY  - in a best case it's mast be based on official standart like the IEEE Std 830, IEEE Std 1233-1998 , Russian GOST34

Well...Hope my question is more clear now =)

Hehe maybe you should try to write more slow happens to me also that trying to express my ideas as in my native language but miss some parts I think are "explicit"
Well dude I'm lost there...no such FORMAL document, never had to do so...and wouldn't it would be better to search for other sort of software templates? I found in that way my PMI templates and just adjust them to my needs...I guess same idea should fit for your request
