you have just a multisite deployment, where probably calls come in from OXE and are handled by SIP Server (site 1); calls queue up on SIP Server RPs (check with Genesys whether you can play OXE announcements / disconnect SM from SIP Server ). Then you transfer via ISCC to the OXE Tserver agents (site 2) , which should inherit their status from the switch, not from SIP Server..if you want to have OXE be in the signalling loop, yes, it's better if you deliver a call via a OXE RP.
