Problemes on the Qinfo table
« on: May 18, 2011, 01:59:27 PM »
Hi

I see that we have a problem on the qinfo table.

The  startTime = 1294676817
The  endTime=  1294676817
But the  Duration=1( and must be 0).

In the documentation of StatServer i see:

StartTime A sequence number representing the date and time when the status displayed in
the Status field (of this table) began. The sequence begins with January 1, 1970,
12:01 AM UTC and increments every second. For example, 878159351
represents October 29, 1997, 13:09:11. Each new second represents an increment
of 1 in the sequence.

The duration, in seconds, of the status displayed in the Status field

Status. The status of the transition of a call through a queue whose DBID is displayed in
the QueueDBID field (of this table). (Table 15 below lists possible values.)

EndTime A sequence number representing the date and time when the status displayed in
the Status field (of this table) ended. The sequence begins with January 1, 1970,
12:01 AM, UTC, and increments each second. For example, 878159351
represents October 29, 1997, 13:09:11. Each new second represents an increment
of 1 in the sequence.

Whay is the explanation that the Duration=1 and not  0?

That it was a event that took place in milliseconds and round will give 1 but as timestamp doesn't save ms you will see same time, check your logs to analyze
