CCPulse+ Forumla to read text file?

Afternoon,

Just thinking of a way to give an announcement directly to cc pulse, i was going to create a new template with just a formula in, to hopefully read a txt file on a shared drive. 

is it possible? if so am i thinking the right way of using formula and script to do this?

Has anyone got any snippets also?
