Hi - anyone encountered issue on adjunct route failure?
Our switch is running on Avaya CM3.1.5 and we are trying to integrate on genesys.
Our AES is running on 4.2.3.
High failure especially happens during high surge of calls on call center.

Can you provide more details about the issue your having? Calls not being routed at all? Calls being default routed? Calls being dropped?

Calls are being default routed to another VDN which I have programmed on the vector.
This VDN is routing to Avaya queue instead of Genesys.
We have tweaked the wait time of up to 30 secs to have enough time the adjunct to answer but no luck.
Still a lot of calls routing to default VDN.

01 wait-time    2  secs hearing music
02 adjunct      routing link 1
03 wait-time    2  secs hearing music
04 adjunct      routing link 2
05 wait-time    30  secs hearing music
06 route-to    number 1127            with cov n if unconditionally
07 stop
