Infomart Error - ExtractIcon Job not working

Hi Guys,

Iam trying to install infomart in my production environment.The infomart app is installed successfully and the error config check util doesnt throw any errors.

But when Iam trying to run the Extract_Icon job it is throwing an error

ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("STG"."STG_WORKFLOW_STATUS"."DBCONNECTION")

Iam using the latest GA release of infomart 7.6

Has any one faced this kind of an error before?

  • I used to get this error from Extract relating to a staging database table with Deleted_TS column. The job was failing as the value of 'null' was in the Deleted_TS column when the only correct valid values for that column are 1 or 0. You will probably need to run a script that ensures the value of null is not present in that table and then re-run your Extract ICON jobs.
