sigh... I have looked through the solution search at Genesys and haven't found any answers. Just wanted a quick canvas if anyone has come across SPS core dumping when trying to add/change customers. The implementation has no problem changing/adding provisioning on any server objects or server groups/ DID's etc.
The implementation is on Solaris 10, SunOne 5.2 LDAP, Oracle 10g.
