Database Structure
« on: December 07, 2009, 03:53:47 AM »
Hello All :)

I am planning to write my own reporting application using Crystal Reports - .NET and i am planning to customize some historical reports to replace CCON Brio. I have the following queries :

  1. Is ther any place where i can find the defined database structure documented in Genesys, which will make life simpler and easy to proceed.

  2.  .NET requires Framework to run on the machine, will it be good if i use VB to create historical reports rather than .NET??

Your Thoughts Please...

Cheers,
Prassy

The table structure for CCON is defined on the CCON Reference Manual.
The ETL db structure it will depend on the stats you define on each template
