CCPulse total_time_to_answer stat

Hi,

How do I bring in total_time_to_answer (VQ) stat in the CCPulse predefined stat available window?

Create a new template with that Stat or modify the existing one

Maybe it is not considered for that Subject...check in DMA

Do you have the statistic define under options on your StatServer used for CCP?
If not - add it and restart CCP.
