Retrieving UPDATED Categories and Standard Responses from UCS

Hi,

I have been able to use the Contacts SDK to get the Categories and Standard Responses from the UCS DB.
I could also check for updates using the same.
However, I wanted to know if there was some way in which I could filter these or just retrieve specific categories based on some keyword,since, retrieving all of them again and again would be an issue if I have a very large amount of data.
Is there a way?

Hi vivek,

The functionality you're after is supported by Contacts PSDK release 8.0. There are new methods available allowing you to retrieve single standard response identified by id or search for objects in UCS by keywords.

Please note that search functionality requires Universal Contact Server 8.0 as it is using UCS indexing service (new feature introduced in release 8.0).
