Can a place be in more than one Place group with simultaneous outbound campaigns?

I've configured a new queue/hunt group and have written a strategy to route outbound calls to a place group. Well, these places are also in another place group that have a different origination DN that is another queue.

When I start two campaigns the calls are being routed to the correct place groups however, agents in the new queue are also getting outbound calls from the other campaign?

I don't understand how this can happen when they are in a completely different queue?
