Help with GVP logs...
« on: July 24, 2009, 10:52:35 AM »
GVP 7.6 behind (Avaya VOIP)

I cannot seem to get this working at all, can someone have a look at these log segments and try and give me some pointers please...

First off I'm not getting DNIS, I can live with that for now and have setup default DNIS (7192). Why is this call being rejected??

Thanks

Is your Iserver up and running?
Please post your TserverIVR and Iserverclient log.

Hi Ben,

Your issue is caused by wrong GVP configuration in CME thus IVR T-Server rejects incoming calls. I can see in the snippet of IVR T-Server log that GVP ports are numbered 01,02,03... I think (99% - don't have access to Avaya/GVP system now) it's wrong as port number has to match extension number mapped to this GVP port (port 1234 = extension 1234).

R.

It looks like somebody forgot to specify the IVR Server Interface to the IVR...  ::)

I hate picking up when people go on holiday....

Please i really aprecite if u can point what type of DN r u using for avaya.
For sure  u  r using VoiceTreatmentPorts ... rigth?

Well, my problem is taht i want 2 implement autologin functionality, i only did this for( ACD Position on Nortel). Do u know if it is posible to implement something similar in Avaya?

You can create ACD Postion type for Avaya.
For the Auto-Login; create a AutoLogin section on the AnnexTab of your IVR Ports with these options (put your values)

[AutoLogin]
AgentId=11800
Password=435E5C364F1AE734C2336A0B6B1FA5DB
Queue=16920
SetLoggedIn=true
SetReady=true
