Cobrowsing
« on: September 21, 2009, 04:16:16 PM »
Hi All,

I face a problem with cobrowsing 7.5, I have a web page that customer have to select the options to generate .csv file in order to download it but when customer click to download file then the web page has shown "Http Error 404". It seem like the download file is generated slower than the page for download is show up.

Have someone face the problem like this ? and how should i solve this problem or change some code in jsp???

Thanks you in advance,
cheers,
Lekie

Hi Lekie,

I would recommend you to check CoBrowse log. I'm not sure that described scenario (download of generated csv file) is supported by CoBrowse.

Hi Lekie,

JavaScript is supported by Cobrowse but there are some limitations. You can find detailed information about what is/isn't supported by Cobrowse web client in "Hipbone Design Guidelines Synetry Cobrowse 3.5" document.
