Hi,
If you have an agent group in ccpulse, create a new template for agent group and in the current number section, just add all of the possible statuses in there, and a custom formula at the end adding them all up.  You then have a count of agents in each state, and a total logged in.

Hope this helps

I'm not sure you can get a Status/State to display, rather than a measure of time in a particular state (since that is what CCPulse+ is primarily geared up to do...)

Similar to Scottyjohn, you could try:

[TotalLoginTime]
Category=TotalTime
MainMask=*, ~LoggedOut,~NotMonitored
Subject=AgentStatus
Objects=Agent, GroupAgents

This will show the length of time an Agent is Logged In...

Does this help?

Tony

I am sorry, I am a bit confused. What do you want know? How many people are logged in at the same time?

Best regards,
Vic

Try this and use it on an agent group:

[CurrAgentsLoggedIn]
Category=CurrentNumber
MainMask=*, ~LoggedOut
Objects=GroupAgents, GroupPlaces
Subject=AgentStatus

Hmmm... The stat is defined in the StatServer that your CCP connects to... but CCP is not displaying the stat...

When you create the template, which StatServer are you selecting?

Whoops! I let this thread slide - sorry!

You should not need to restart your StatServer for the new Statistic to be available to CCPulse+ - but it wouldn't hurt to try restarting it (out of hours, of course!)

Remember that, when you open CCPulse+ as Admin, you can choose which StatServer to use, on which to base your (new) Template/Views - make sure you pick your Stat Server Reporting... :)
