I got some approx prices from the hotel I know in the UK. It's part of a worldwide chain and is 4 star. The sums are based around 350 people with 2 lecture theatres and an exhibition area. Everyone going gets morning coffee\tea, lunch and afternoon tea. The two costs are...... (hold your breath)......... £100 per person per day. If overnight accommodation is included it's just less than £200 per person per day. So a 3 day bootcamp\conference will be £300 for a ticket or £600 if you include accommodation. This covers most things but doesn't include having to pay for speakers.

Thoughts please?

Pavel

Well, Pavel, sorry but i don't think what it a best offer. I see and know that is a good price for a London, but in compare with ...i don't know ...central or eastern euorope i think is much expensive. I don't think what it fit for the most of the our possible guest. Anyway we have a time to make some investigation, isn't it?

Ppl, what does u say?

Now having to spoken to the hotel's sales team directly if we do it for 3 days (friday to saturday) in March the price has come down to £200 per person. Sounds better doesn't it?

There is no accommodation included Mark as we need to keep the headline price down. Remind me how much GForce tix cost? ;-)

So Guys\Gals,

By the lack of response I assume that there is no interest. If you are, please let me know.

Well I'm interested Pavel as usual but a ticket to London is too expensive for my pocket... :(
If you meet I can join via camera maybe?  ::)

Pavel, most people probably don't view this forum, maybe a wider communication to check response would be a better idea :]

Hi guys,

Yes, Mark is right. It is quite hidden. I found it just today.
The concept is interesting, though the trip is not realistic for me either.
But when I will be in EU that time, I will come and give you support.

Cheers,

e.

I don't see a reason why we should not do it. But, I think it should go beyond just Genesys products, since many of us earn living on connecting THINGs to Genesys :) And I, for one, would love to know more about these THINGS :)

Just two of my cents.
